What is Ev JUNO™?
Ev JUNO™ is an electric scooter brand offering affordable, reliable and eco-friendly mobility for everyday personal and delivery use across India.
Does Ev JUNO™ sell RTO scooters?
No. Ev JUNO™ sells only Non-RTO scooters, which do not require registration or a driving license in most Indian states.
Where can I purchase an Ev JUNO™ scooter?
Ev JUNO™ scooters can be purchased through our authorised dealerships across India.
What battery options are available?
Ev JUNO™ scooters come with Graphene EV and Lithium-ion battery options.
What is the charging time and range?
Charging time is typically 3–8 hours, and range varies from 40 km to 150 km per charge, depending on model and riding style.
Can I charge the scooter at home?
Yes. All Ev JUNO™ chargers support standard home power sockets.
What components are covered under warranty?
Only 4 components are covered: Battery, Motor, Controller & Charger.
How long is the warranty?
- Lithium-ion Battery — 3 Years (Unlimited KMs)
- Graphene EV Battery — 1 Year (Unlimited KMs)
- Motor, Controller & Charger — 1 Year (Unlimited KMs)
How is warranty registered? Do I need to do anything?
No action required from the customer. Warranty is registered automatically by the authorised Ev JUNO™ dealer at the time of delivery.
Is the warranty transferable if the scooter is sold to someone else?
No. Warranty is NOT transferable and remains valid only for the first owner.
How often should the scooter be serviced?
Every 3 months or 3000 km, whichever comes first. Please refer to user manual for complete details.
Do I get a physical service book?
No. Ev JUNO™ follows an environment-friendly paperless process. Service records are stored digitally by the dealer.
What happens if I miss a scheduled service?
Missing or delaying service can void the warranty.
Where should I go for warranty repair?
Customers must contact the nearest authorised Ev JUNO™ dealer / service centre.
Is warranty repair completely free?
The covered component replacement is free, however service/labour charges may apply depending on the dealer’s service policy.
What documents do I receive during delivery?
You will receive a digital service record, warranty registration confirmation and user manual — all paperless.
