Warranty is applicable only when the customer completes scheduled services on time and follows EV JUNO maintenance guidelines. Warranty coverage is non-transferable. It remains valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a second owner in case of resale or ownership change.

Share your warranty registration details, chassis number, and explain the issue you are facing
3. Inspection Phase
Our certified technician will inspect your scooter to verify the warranty claim with covered parts
4. Approval & Repair
Once approved, repairs or replacements of parts will be completed at no cost to you. Service charge may apply.

Is warranty transferable if I sell my scooter?
No. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the first registered owner.

Only 4 core components are covered: Battery, Motor, Controller, and Charger.
How long is the warranty valid?

What is required to keep the warranty active?
Warranty remains valid only if the scooter is serviced on time as per schedule at an authorised EV JUNO service centre.
What happens if I miss a scheduled service?
Missing service timelines or ignoring service alerts may void the warranty.
Can I install accessories from outside without voiding the warranty?
Using non-genuine EV JUNO accessories or wiring modifications may void the warranty.
What is NOT covered under warranty?
Items such as body parts, tyres, brakes, lights, switches, accidental damage, water damage, or wear & tear are not covered.
How do I claim warranty?
Visit the nearest authorised service centre with:
